If you talking about small little "ball-like" substance that come from your scalp, it's probably just excess sebum from your hair follicle pores. However, if you try to get it off your hair, and it doesn't come off, it's a possibilitly that it might be lice eggs. But if think you have lice, you'll be able to see it if you examine closely. If you don't see any, then you probably don't have lice!
