Your teeth just get taken out and then grows back a second time, then they become permanent unless your teeth are really unhealthy, then your teeth fall out and never grows back, well...you can get FAKE teeth but you wouldn't really want that

Well you should be aware that teeth are meant for

1. beauty - we all know that front teeth are primarily meant to give our face a look.!

2. Phonetics . especially the front teeth allows us to prounounce a variety of sounds and

its absence in childhood can lead to children being unable to articulate many sounds.

3. Tearing of food and its chewing.

The front teeth known as incisors help tear food , the corner teeth too chips in.

The posterior teeth known as premolars and molars help chew and sets off the digestive process.
