could be oedema- feel the lump- when you poke it does it bulge outwards again or does your finger get absorbed- if the latter likely oedema, get it checked out....

It could just be a swollen lymph-node.
You feel very weak, you will probably have a lump. But everyone knows that cancer WILL kill if you leave it. NOONE has survived if they left it alone!

You could have a blocked salivary gland. It will feel like a lump when it is filled with saliva then go down as the saliva subsides. Notice if you massage it saliva is excreted from an opening under you tongue on the left side. You can sometimes see it bulge as it is trying to come out. See an ENT. It can get infected.
Any time you feel a lump in your breast is a time for concern. You should make an appointment as soon as possible to have it checked out. It could be cancerous, and it could be not serious at all, but regardless it isn't something you should wait for.
it could just be a hemroid. but i would go to the doctor just in case.
