If you have found a lump under your skin on your neck the most likely reason it's there is because of your glands. I have the same problem and so I went to see my local gp (which I advise you do) and they said its a 99.9 percent chance it's to do with your glands and its most likely a lymph node. A lymph node is were baicicly your cells are trying to fight germs and bacteria and all of that which would swell up. I am 12 and it has been their for I while and because I want to be sure I am booked up for a blood test. If you are being bothered by your lump you may want to reqeust a blood test with your local GP.

There are all sorts of lumps in your skin. They can be mosquito bites, goosebumps, warts, zits, and many other types of diseases. If you have a lot of lumps in your skin and are pretty small, they can probably be a goosebump. Sometimes, chicken pox can be formed into a lump. Chicken pox is red, so I'm not assuming you have chicken pox. I am assuming you have goosebumps. You get goosebumps when you are cold. If those lumps are itchy, it's probably a mosquito bite. If it's not, sadly it's probably a wart, zit, or something in a different type of lump. Hopefully this helped!
Hmm I think these are lymph nodes
yes

Still, even if a lump like that appears on your skin, it isn't necessarily bad. Some could just be moles or pimples or other benign lumps on the skin.
