What can happen to you if you hold your urine too long?

um i think you end up having bladder infections or something

but that's impossible because no one can hold their bladder for that long because it begins to build up and eventually it just bursts on its own!!

i remember walking home one day when i was 11 and i had to go really bad!

i tried walking slow or running that just made it worse LOL

You'd eventually wet yourself. If there is a blockage your bladder might possibly rupture, which'd be very, very bad for you.

Even if it doesn't actually rupture, your kidneys are not really designed to handle back pressure from the bladder, so if it gets too full and stays that way it can result in kidney damage.

Very frequent urination is generally a sign of some deeper problem, not an actual problem in its own right. You should get yourself checked by a physician who can diagnose the cause.

your blader will strech making it hard to empty completly. you will then feel the urge to go pee alot.
