This part of the heart is called the ventricle. The ventricle is where the blood either comes in from the right side, or comes out of the left side. (Circulation) The pure blood that has been oxygenated comes into the heart on the right side afer it goes throughout the veins in the body and becomes impure. The right ventricle collects it, oxygenates it, and pumps it again throughout the body. Just to warn you, I may be wrong, so you might want to look this bit of information up in a Gray's Anatomy Book, from which I might have misunderstood.
