These are called mamelons, and are worn down through eating as you grow up. For some though (including me) , these don't wear away, maybe because their teeth don't touch at the front. But they're completely normal and not to worry about. :)

i dought that mamelons never go away.but in case that they dont go away dont worry .you lose some you win some.you gain better incisive function but you are running a greater risk for caries. dont worry if your dietary and masticatory habbits are "normal" mamelons will go away eventualy
