Well, this is the way that helps me the best...
1.) Take any carbonated soda (preferably Diet Coke.)
2.) Pour the soda into a glass cup with ice and let it sit and cool down.
3.) Go into a dim or dark room that is quiet and cool
4.) Drink some soda, then close your eyes and rub the part of your head in front of your ears and up a little (the area where side burns are hahaha)
5.) do this for a while and rest and take it easy for a while.
