The first warning signs of an ectopic pregnancy are often pain or vaginal bleeding. You might feel pain in your pelvis, abdomen, or, in extreme cases, even your shoulder or neck (if blood from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy builds up and irritates certain nerves). Most women describe the pain as sharp and stabbing. It may concentrate on one side of the pelvis and come and go or vary in intensity.
Any of the following additional symptoms can also suggest an ectopic pregnancy:

It can be hard to tell if you are experiencing an ectopic pregnancy because so many women don't even know they're pregnant at the time they would notice any symptoms of an ectopic. Some symptoms of tubal pregnancy such as a missed menstrual period and vaginal bleeding or spotting two weeks later are similar to the early signs of pregnancy. About 1 in 2 women who are experiencing a tubal pregnancy notice abdominal pain on one side or the other. 1 in 3 women feel light-headed and about 1 in 5 have shoulder pain on the same side as the stomach pain.

Signs for ectopic pregnancy varies from person to person. The most common symptoms are ons sided pain in the abdomen accompanied with brown (Prune Juice like) discharge. If you suspect ectopic pregnancy, please see your doctor immediately and ask for a pelvic ultrasound. If a gestational sac or the foetus is seen in the uterus, then the pregnancy is intra-uterine and there is no need to worry. A gestational sac can be seen from 5 weeks and a few days. If the gestational sac is not seen in the scan either in the uterus or the tubes, the doctor will monitor you for HCG (every 2 days). Low hcg rise could mean either ectopic or natural miscarriage. If the hcg rise is abnormally high, the doctor will suspect ectopic. If there is shoulder tip pain, it could mean that the tube has ruptured and there is internal bleeding, so please go to the hospital immediately.
An ectopic pregnancy usually becomes apparent around 5-6 weeks as the growing pregnancy stretches the Fallopian tube and may burst it. Most of the signs and symptoms of pregnancy can also be signs /symptoms of other conditions. see a doctor.
An ectopic pregnancy may seem like a normal pregnancy at first. You'll have a positive pregnancy test. Early signs and symptoms may be the same as those of any pregnancy — a missed period, breast tenderness, nausea and fatigue. But an ectopic pregnancy can't continue as normal. The first warning signs of an ectopic pregnancy often include: Light vaginal bleeding Lower abdominal pain Cramping on one side of the pelvis If the fallopian tube ruptures, symptoms may include: Sharp, stabbing pain in the pelvis, abdomen or even the shoulder and neck Dizziness Lightheadedness If you experience any signs or symptoms of ectopic pregnancy, seek emergency care.
no, there is no way of a full term pregnancy, your tubes can only stretch upto a certain extent, and then they will burst, making internal bleeding, which is extremely dangerous to the mother, possible not being able to have children again, and death of the fetus. If you do have any signs of an ectopic then I would visit your hospital asap, as ectopic pregnancy is very serious.
A pregnancy in which the zygote implants in the fallopian tube abdomen ovary or the cervix is called an Ectopic pregnancy.

Someone who had an ectopic pregnancy is at higher risk for another in the future, but many women go on to have a uterine pregnancy after ectopic.
From what I have read, it is usually around 6 weeks. If you have signs and symptoms of ectopic pregnancy, you should get to the hospital as soon as possible because it can be life threatening. Here is a website that tells you about the symptoms and explains everything.http://kidshealth.org/parent/pregnancy_newborn/pregnancy/ectopic.html
An ectopic pregnancy is when the fertilised egg attaches itself outside the uterus. The most common place where the ectopic pregnancy occurs is the fallopian tubes. Other possible areas where the ectopic could occur are the ovaries, abdomen and the cervix. The cause for ectopic pregnancy is mostly unknown. However endometriosis, any surgery to the abdomen, previous pelvic inflammatory disease all increase the chances of an ectopic pregnancy.

Go to the ER right away. Ectopic pregnancy is very dangerous.
