But if it's very deep cut and is bleeding a lot, if you don't clean the cut or hold something on it so it stops bleeding then you might loose a lot of blood. People can die from slitting their wrists if it's bad enough and not treated (so just left to bleed). It Hurts though, when you do it it stings and afterwards when its healing the skin is very sensative, but really its just like having a normal cut anywhere. When it heals you probably will have a mark and possibly depending on the depth ect, you might have a scar. Also if people notice the scars they might start asking you questions and assume you have depression, that you self harm regularly or want to commit suicide. If you are thinking about silting your wrists i would advise not to, it never ends well. Try talking to someone or dealing with your problems another way honestly anything is better.
