Scientific Method
The scientific process is the process used to find answers to questions about the world around us. A question or problem to be tested is the first step in the scientific method.
You're permitted to give wrong answers to as many questions as you want to, and correct or blank answers to the rest of them. Unfortunately, however, the custom is that if you exceed some number of wrong or blank answers, then you fail the test.

The American Mathematics Competition 10 (AMC 10) is made up of 25 multiple choice questions (A through E). All questions are worth 6 points if correct, 0 if incorrect, and from 1.5 to 2.5 points if blank depending on the year. Recently the contest has moved toward 1.5 points for a blank answer.

There a few different types of questions. The question that encourage short or single word answers is called open-ended questions. These allow you to write your answer instead of fill in the blank, multiple choice, and true and false questions.
A director will probably be asked quite a few scenario questions. The question will begin with, give us an example of (fill in the blank). The normal questions will probably be asked as well.
People can ask you questions by going to 'your tumblr url'/ask. For example, 'johnsmith.tumblr.com/ask'. If that page is blank you will need to go into your blog settings and choose 'allow followers to ask questions'. This will allow people to ask you questions on your tumblr blog.
The SAT's scoring system is kind of hard to understand. Every time you get a question right, you get a point. Every time you miss one (ANSWER INCORRECTLY NOT LEAVE BLANK) you get 1/4 a point taken away. If you leave a question blank you receive no points, but you don't lose any either. ---------------------------- You can leave questions blank on the SAT. Just like the other person said, Correct answer = 1 pt Incorrect answer = -1/4 pt Blank = 0 pt The test is made so that the expected value from randomly guessing is 0. If you are unsure of a question and can eliminate a few answer choices, it's probably a good idea to guess. On a math grid-in question, however, you do not get penalized for wrong answers, so never leave those questions blank (at least guess if you have no idea).
