Probably the most important muscle is the heart. Other big muscle groups are the pectoralis major (in the chest), gleuteus maximus (the butt cheek), quadraceps femorous (front of thigh), biceps femoris (back of thigh; composed of the long and short head), gastrocnemius (calf muscle), biceps brachii (part of arm you flex to impress girls), triceps brachii (back of upper arm), latissimus dorsi (part of back that gives V shape), trapezius (part of upper mid back). Hope these help.

Your most major muscle is your heart so that's what my doctor told me and why is because you can eat it like you can eat a pigs heart or a turkey (''not like i would'') and i would suggest it . Another is the hamstrings (i know it sounds funny) i don't want to talk about this much so this is a list of the major muscles

deltoids

biceps

triceps

heart

hamstrings

external oblique

quadriceps

gluteus maximus (butt)

gastronomes

trapeziums

Can you get stronger in 5 days?

Without steroids No. The reason why a muscle gets stronger is by working it out is because the body grows more muscle fibers and thus adding to your muscle mass in response to the new strain you're adding to them by exercise. This process takes 3 to 5 weeks and there is no real noticeably significant raise in physical strength for 2 to 4 months. In short the body can't produce the needed fibers and mass to "raise your strength" in 5 days.
