Five gluten free snacks: Nuts Popcorn Corn Chips (some may have gluten in them, but I have had no problem with them so far) Potato chips (Lays potato chips do not have any gluten in them!!) Im sorry to say but it is not glutin fee. but if you wish to have it there is a way to make it at home without glutin! and im not sure how.

Not only can that gluten contamination be from other ingredients, but can also be from processing equipment. If the facility processes wheat, etc, there can be contamination.Check out Bob's Red Mill Potato Flakes which is manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.
