Liver contains large amount of active vitamin A(retinol). A. Squash spinach and other leafy vegetables are rich in Vitamin A but it is in a form of beta-carotene which is safer than Vitamin A Retinol. Our body can produce enough Retinol from Beta-carotene. It is best to eat it in moderation which will not be a problem

Any food is good for you as long as you eat the right amount, and not too much. Both liver and bacon are good for you, but they are quite different. Liver is very nutritious (as long as you don't boil the goodness out of it), and is a good source of minerals and proteins. Bacon is not so much useful for the mineral aspect, but instead as a source of energy, as bacon is fatty. As long as the fat is burned off, there is nothing wrong with bacon. All meat is a source of protein, but some cuts, like kidney and liver are particularly nutritious.
