Yes - it's okay to jog during your second trimester as long as you jogged prior to your pregnancy. Moderate amounts of exercise are encouraged during pregnancy. You can even continue to jog during your third trimester, although it may become more challenging as the baby continues to grow. Make sure you are getting enough fluids before, during and after your run. If anything feels different, make sure you stop running and contact your doctor. In the past, doctors said that your heart rate shouldn't get above 140 bpm during exercise while you are pregnant, but many doctors don't give that metric as advice any more. Just don't overexert yourself.
However, if you have a high risk pregnancy (high blood pressure, placenta previa, pre-term labor) then you should not jog and you should talk to your doctor about about your exercise routine.
It depend on what trimester you are in. If it is the first trimester, your body will feel okay in about a week. If you have a miscarriage in the second trimester or later, you are likely to experience abdominal pain and really heavy bleeding. The body may take up to a month to heal.

I have read over and over again that it's no longer safe to fly in an air plane after your 2nd trimester because of the air pressure. I am sure it is okay to travel in different forms as long as you are obeying all of the usual safety measures reccomended like wearing your seat belt and everything.
