Yes because the dumbbells strengthen the muscles but do not use them every day will make your biceps too weak after about a week and they will start hurting after about 3 days use them every 2 days so use them one day for about 30-60 minutes and then the next day do not use the dumbbells let your muscles have a rest!!!
