yes it is safe, ive had alot of purchases just never use money orders always use PayPal and buy from buyer that have good rating and allot of transaction for example buy from a buyer that has 3560 transactions than a guy who has lets just say 300 transaction i hope this is helped p.s. ive bought over 25 items and no problem so far
