Yes. Ham, being from a pig, does not contain any wheat. Gluten is found in grains, not meat.

However, the glazes on the hams may contain wheat gluten. Read all labels or check with manufacturers to be certain.

Cured hams often have a glaze which contains gluten, especially the spiral-sliced ones. Look for hams with a gluten-free label to be safe.

No breaded ham and some cured contain gluten. These should contain allergy warnings...BUT THEY MAY NOT.
