In my opinion, everything is okay in moderation. If you eat McDonalds occasionally I think you should be fine. Just try not to get the BigMac super-sized with a large coke and cherry pie. Be sensible and just order a regular meal and you should be okay. Try to balance out the rest of your daily diet with some slightly more nutritious foods and maybe drink a V8 or eat some fruits and vegetables and lighter dinner/lunch for your other meal(s).
