Narrow pulse pressure
Pulse pressure is described as how well the blood can flow through the vessels. The low number on a bp is how much your heart has relaxed, and the high number measures how strongly your heart beats. Normally, it is supposed to be around 40mmHg (so a bp of 110/70 would have a normal pulse pressure). When it is low, around 25 mmHg, blood is unable to flow as well as it is supposed to. The closer the number, the less able blood is unable to flow, and so it is not oxygenated as well.

It totally depends on your age. Regarding your age of 50, a blood pressure of 136/60 mm Hg is normal.
Low diastolic blood pressure can indicate heart problems, endocrine problems, dehydration, allergies, blood loss, infection, or pregnancy. It can cause dizziness and fainting.
136/76
I believe that the normal blood pressure is 120/80, so having blood pressure around this is pretty normal. Some additional information on what the 120/80 means: Blood Pressure is made up of 2 values - e.g. 120/80 mmHg. The first value is your Systolic Blood Pressure - the force with which your heart contracts to push the blood out of your heart. The second value is Diastolic Blood Pressure - the force with which your heart relaxes and fills up with blood again.
The pressure within the stiffer mantle ranges from about 14 GPa (gigapascals) at the upper boundary to over 136 GPa at the core-mantle boundary. This high pressure contributes to the solid-state behavior of the mantle material despite its high temperature.
136 percent.
The top number is fine could be lower, but the bottom one is a high. I had BP of 140/98 on avrage (I had a fever for a week when I took the readings, might have contributed to the high lower number). Its been a month and iv cut down on sodium, started drinking almost a gallon of water, and 30 minutes of aerobic exercise; now my BP ranges around (111-132)/(65-75) over the day. I am 22 year old male and I was prescribed mediacation but figured I was too young for it, so instead I have made lifestyle changes and it works.
