You have three ways to go: to provide more nutrients to the roots for your hair is stronger and thicker, to use a product that covers the hair with substances that make it thicker and more resistant or to combine both methods. For providing more nutrients, you must include in you diet more proteins (milk, nuts) and minerals (spinach, broccoli, fresh vegetables and fruits and you can use a shampoo and conditioner (also a mask) with proteins and silica. For making the hair thicker by outside, you can use volume shampoos and conditioners. There are also full treatments available in some countries as WildAndFree or other.
I find, because my hair is quite thin an flat, I use tresseme thickening shampoo & conditioner, when I'm in the shower, When I'm shampooing, I flip my head upside down and then before I go out, I flip my head upside down and put hairspray on my roots and then flip me hair back over then don't brush it.
Hope this helps:)
Horse shampoo is allegedly supposed to do wonders for your hair, but I've never been brave enough to dry it. But other than that , Drink milk, maybe take supplements that specialise in hair, skin, nails. and keep you hair healthy, maybe get a monthly head massage to stimulate growth, and try to use a small amount of heat possible. Keep it as healthy as possible :)
I have thick hair and I use conair small rollers and they make my hair really curly.
You can't do it naturally. But, you can get extensions to make your hair look thick.
A shampoo and conditioner called Main 'n tail, it helps thicken it. It has like a horse on the bottle, and they actually use it to make a horse's tail thick and shiny< it really works.
You cannot completely change your hair's structure overnight. Consult your hairdresser, she/he knows your hair's real stucture and will be able to help you the best. (We don't)
layered and thinning of thick hair to make it more manageable.
it doesnt really effect it it just make it stay for a while and then go back to its oroginal form but if u use a lot often it can damage your hair. like if you have thick hair your hair then bexomes thin but if you have thin hair it doesnt really effext it
Make sure your hair doesn't go greasy and try not to put it in a tight pony tail I suggest jojoba shampoo this will make your hair silky smooth and get the conditioner try that for a lest 2 weeks then if that doesn't work go and speak to your doctor or write to a magazine they might help you I used that and know my hair is thick and silky smooth
You can get thick hair by keeping it clean and washing it every two weeks. There are also some thickening shampoo and conditioner that you can purchase at your local beauty supply or any store such as Walgreens, or Walmart. Most items say for thinning hair but it is fine to purchase and use because it have thickening agents in it that will make your hair, fuller and bouncier.
