Once someone is infected with HIV, they are capable of transmitting the virus. Even when being treated for infection and viral levels have reached an "undetectable" level, the HIV+ person is still able to transmit the virus.

There are various studies and opinions about the reduction of risk when exposed to those who are HIV+ with undetectable viral loads. However, there is still some degree of risk involved.

Cut and dry answer is YES - Use condoms
yes

Once a person has HIV, you have to assume that it is always possible to be infected by them. How can you know on a day to day basis what their condition really is? The chances would certainly be less, but do you want to take the risk? Does the infected partner want to put his partner at risk and willing to accept the responsibility? We all make the choice for ourselves what risk we are willing to take. We all have to be willing to live with the bad ones.

What type of letter should be sent to a mortgage company when your partner agrees on you coming off the mortgage?

First you need to understand that a mortgage company will not normally let one party to a joint mortgage contract off the mortgage. You and your partner can not agree to change the mortgage between you, your contract is with the Mortgage company, NOT YOUR PARTNER.It is not in the Mortgage companies interest to allow a change to an existing mortgage as you are BOTH liable for the payments - if one of you stops paying they will go after the other for all the money. To get out of the situation you have to repay all the money you borrowed and get a new mortgage in just one of your names. This usually means one or other partner has to buy the other out.

Can you and your partner contract aids from each other?

if either you or him have aids then yes having sex can make the other partner have aids also. but i dont think by kissing its possible!AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases (or any infectious disease, for that matter) are transmitted from an infected person, to one that is not. If none of the two partners are infected, then there can be no transmission. If one of them is infected, he can transmit it to the other. If both are infected... well, then it probably doesn't matter much if you get a few additional germs.
