Don't. Models are boring. Do an experiment instead.
If you really want to make a model, try to pick something that hasn't been seen a jillion times (for Newton's sake, don't do the "chemical volcano" yet again).
Here's a couple of things that aren't quite as common:

A good still model idea for a science exhibition could be a solar system model showing the relative sizes and distances of planets. This model can be interactive and engaging for visitors of all ages, providing a visual representation of our cosmic neighborhood. You can also incorporate LED lights to represent the Sun and make it more visually appealing.
don't make windmills or dams.Making something like traffic control system will be spectacular.

The best topic can be MULTIPUPOSE PROJECT..! Okay.. or else u make it on RELATION BETWEEN PRIMARY, TERTIARY, and SECONDARY sector...

Why waste your time on something that is pseudo- not real science. why not models of early multi-stage rockets- which are available in hobby shops, etc.
You might make a diorama as an environment project for a science exhibition. You could choose a landscape design and create a miniature version in a shoebox or in an aquarium as a display.

IF WE THOUGHT A GOOD WORKING MODEL FOR GRADE 7 AND 8 IN THE PUNJAB SCHOOL..........if we make a good or excellent model we not get a prize so why because this school is very bad for student........... i am in 7 class........teacher said me to make a working science model for science exibition on 1 january to 30 january............
