hCG levels are not an accurate dating tool as they change very rapidly and vary from woman to woman. An ultasound will provide better infromation as to how far along you are.

I dont think that is possible...if you are that far along, your hcg levels would be MUCH higher therefore resulting in a positive pt.

It sounds like your less than 1 month into your pregnancy. HCG levels vary throughout the pregnancy so I wouldn't rely on a blood test to determine how far along you are. A ultrasound would be the ideal option.
