An antacid tablet would probably help, a better thing to do is take one before you throw up if you think you're going to. Help neutralize the stomach acid that otherwise burns your throat. Will still burn a little though.
Ice helps in most cases, in this one too. Gulp cool water or ice and it will get slightly better

Your throat should not bleed when you throw up unless of course you throw up A LOT. If you have bloody vomit, you should see a doctor as this could be very serious. If on the other hand you are throwing up so often as to irritate the lining of your throat then you should see a doctor about that as well. I wish you luck.

The burning feeling in your throat after vomiting is typically due to stomach acid irritaion. When you vomit, stomach acid regurgitates into your esophagus, causing irritation and a burning sensation. It can also be exacerbated by repeated episodes of vomiting.
The burning sensation caused by acid is called heartburn. It occurs when stomach acid flows back up into the esophagus, causing a burning sensation in the chest or throat.
