there is no possible way to know for sure without an accurate test but there are signs that you may be pregnant. these are signs of earlypregnancy
#1. Swollen and/or sore breast.
#2. Light to moderate cramping as if on or about to start a period.
#3. Nausea. Not so much morning sickness, but motion sickness or nausea when smelling a certain food.
#4. Spotting.
#5. fatigue. If you cant spend the day at work without wishing for a nap, or going to the gym becomes more of a task.
#6. darkening of the nipple.
#7. Bloating. equal to one during PMS
#8. frequent pee breaks.
#9. cravings. not weird cravings yet. but normal ones.
#10. Headaches.
#11. Constipation.
#12. Mood swings.
I say if you have five or more of these, visit a doctor right away. if you are pregnant, the sooner you get a prenatal vitamins, the better Chance your baby will be healthier.
Some women have pregnancy symptoms in which they suspect that they are pregnant. Other women have a strong maternal instinct and just "feel" pregnant. But it is hard to really know without having an accurate pregnancy test (either at home or at a doctors office).

You would know if you are pregnant without using a pregnancy test by checking the vagina,and sticking your finger up through your vagina,and then If it tastes like cheese,you are pregnant.

There is not for sure way to tell that you are pregnant without a test, especially if you suspect that you are pregnant. Look for symptoms such as swollen/tender breasts, nausea, missed period, and fatigue/tiredness.
I can't possibly know that without examen you. You have to take a test.
Sometimes you will start eating foods you usually wouldn't not eat.
You cant know without taking a test to check for HCG. If you have an ultrasound scan the baby can be seen, later the fetal heart can be heard by Doppler, and later still the baby can be seen moving.
