To prevent sickness, you want to have good levels of vitamin C and I believe zinc.
Vitamin C is mostly obtained from citrus fruit. You cut a lemon in half, and squeeze the juice into your mouth, and swallow after letting it sit in your throat. You can also just eat/drink a lot of orange, but lemon is the best treatment. Using vitamin C pills aren't as good as getting it naturally.
I don't know about where to get zinc, sorry.
Recently I hAve been getting sick a lot this year, so I decided to Google how to get better fast... it said wash hand a lot, drink lots of water sleep and relax. There are medications you can take as well. It said a likely cause could be poor diet, poor exercise, got it from touching something that already had the virus on it... ect. And you should eat a good high protein easily digestable meal like chicken soup and drink a lot of water to wash your system. It also said sleep is vital and when you first feel systems of being sick don't ignore them...react right away so you don't have to suffer later
Unless it's something like obesity or type 2 Diabetes that can be avoided by a healthy eating habit, probably not. If it's something like breast cancer or anxiety that runs in your family, there probably isn't an actual way to prevent it. You just have to pray that it doesn't effect you
Sorry I could'NT be of much help:)
To prevent heart disease, eat a balanced diet, exercise daily, and live a stress-free life. It is also good to stay in touch with your family doctor to make sure you're on the right track.
Coffee won't prevent Alzheimer's disease.
With a history of heart disease in your family you should talk to a doctor to find out the signs that you should be looking out for. you should also ask how to prevent it.
Vaccines, such Fluvax, can prevent viral disease.
No, it helps to prevent disease.
Tetanus does not prevent a disease; it is a disease.
Prophy means "to prevent disease". For example a dental prophy is a teeth cleaning done to prevent disease.

yes
goiters
No. They definitely help prevent, and can prevent disease, but there is still a possibility you can still get the disease (or pregnant). They do lower the risk a lot though.
Cells can cause disease, but can also prevent disease.
