How do you get rid of dandruff that is only in one spot and when you scratch your head the skin comes off easy and leaves it bleeding?
Dandruff usually is not localized to just one spot and usually does not itch to the point of getting you to scratch until you bleed.
I would suspect something like a fungal infection, eczema/ seborrhea, psoriasis or a nervous habit. Those things, and just about any other possibility I can think of, require an accurate diagnosis and prescription drugs to treat so you should see your doctor.
