What Helps Me Is I Breath Out Of My Mouth For 5 To Ten Minutes. That Can Clear It For A Few Minutes Or For Good. What also helps is if you take a sugar free mint and suck on it and drink some water afterwards, that would work too. When you go to bed keep a towel or something under under your pillow for elevation.
if your nose is irritating because of dust clear it out with some cold water and dab it gently with a tissue it stays clear for at least an hour
I usually get bad stuffy noses around this time of year. Mine usually go away in 3-4 days. I usually take an over the counter medicine before bed each night. And sometimes in the morning if it worsens. Drinking lots of water, and getting a good night sleep do the trick. But, a vaporizer clears out the nostrils more efficiently. If you don't have one they only cost $20-35. Or you can boil water in a bowl then cover your head with a rag and breath the steam in. I find that blowing your nose just irritates it and doesn't really work. But, drinking tea and eating soup, or other hot foods make the healing process increase. Do not drink soda, or coffee because this will worsen the mucus in the nose. Thank you, And hope your cold goes away soon.
Yes, a blocked nose can frequently lead to a headache.
Blocked nose
When your nose is blocked, airflow to your smell receptors is restricted, which hinders their ability to detect and transmit odors to your brain. This results in a decreased sense of smell or temporary loss of the sense altogether.

This is what happened to my pet rat about a year ago, and a week later it pasted away. This means that it's throat is blocked or it's nose is blocked. It has a problem with digesting it's liquid foods or drinks. Take it to a professional Animal Vet or Animal Doctor.

No. My nose is just fine.
70-80 % of taste (depending on the person) comes from smell, so when you have a blocked nose your taste is automatically less sensitive.
