ok for one u dont get it to break you actually dont even need to mess with it this can cause it to get inflamed and cause other irritations in that area what u need to do is you can go to the er or to an obgyn and have it lanced which means drained but i do warn u this is slightly painful after the shot to numb you the doctor will give u wares off but it is the best thing to get done or either have it removed by laser or other means but even if you do have it removed or even lanced it is likely to come back eventually this is just something youll have to deal with for the rest of your life most likely
