Is there a possibility of catching Hepatitis B even if you completed the dose of hepatitis vaccine?

OK, they say you get immunity. Your body does start producing antibodies to ward of the disease. BUT, it is not full proof, people can still contract it after getting the vaccine.. But those who have had the vaccine and then do contract the virus will have a more mild version of it, which I'm sure they would be happy for. So yes it does increase your resistance to it hugely, but still possible to catch it.
