well the main job of the kidneys is to filter the blood. To filter the blood the kidneys really absorb any substance is needed by the body and after it get rid of the cells waste products. The waste products are out of the kidneys by urine which is moved to the end of the tube the year in move out of the kidneys into a sack of tissue called the urinary bladder.
