If you deap clean your home once a week and use lysol or bleach then it will be harder for bacteria to grow. As for yourself buy aclove of raw garlic and swallow a pettal a day for a few days it will make u more suseptable to not catch anything. Yes your stool and urine will smell but all year long u will have a fighting chance.
