have one with a bunch of friends. and if ur mom is friends with one of ur friends' mom then u and ur mom can both be at the same sleepover(but she doesnt bother u) and then if u get scared u will have ur mom and u will feel better

Hi there. I have a fear of sleepovers too, I wouldn't worry. Try having a sleepover with friend (s) at your house. This will help. You can always phone them or bring something like a photo or an item of clothing which 'smells' (if you know what I mean) of them.
