If you get nervous about taking tests like I do, here are a few tips:
-It's not the end of the world if you don't do perfectly on it. You're not going to die from doing poorly on ONE test. Your grade might go down or you might get in trouble, but you're certainly not going to die from it.
- Take some deep breathes.
- Eat a banana for breakfast. It helps relieve nerves
- Take your time. If you have limited time, and you are not done when the time is up, ask your teacher or boss if you are allowed to have some extra time to finish
Anxiolytic-- A type of medication that helps to relieve anxiety.
You can take an anxiety test in doctor clinics. Clinics are usually found around one area so you might have to travel to some clinics. One clinic I suggest is called CalmClinic.
I never suffered from Math Anxiety, or Test Anxiety, although I have observed people who have. I knew of one student who had Test Anxiety so badly, his math professor in his Junior College, when it came test time, would tell the student, "Here. Fill this out." That worked for that student; he would fill out the paper and hand it in, and do well on it. If he was told it was a test, he'd freeze and fail.
Test Anxiety is perfectly normal. It's the Anxiety of the test itself, but since your under pressure, your become Anxious. (Please pardon my spelling, I'm from Austrailia.)
Stress & Anxiety or Chronic Headache
The behavior often serves to reduce stress and relieve anxiety.
Very much so, it will usually be the subject you feel least confidant about. The cure is to become an expert in that category and then the anxiety will go away! :)

Praying does help, you can also try different breathing exercises to help your anxiety attacks. Identifying the triggers for your attacks is also important to help prevent and relieve them
