Well you can always use a bleaching paste for you teeth but if you don't want to you can sprinkle some backing soda into your palm and stir the brushes of a tooth brush in the baking soda and make it moist with warm water or any temperature water and put a fine layer of tooth paste on top THE TOOTH PAST MUST CONTAIN FLORIDE. and brush as u usually do. only use baking soda 1 or 2 times a week or the baking soda can damage your enamel but it is healthy to brush 1 or 2 in fact it won't harm you if u do, unless you brush with it like everyday. Things you can eat to make you teeth whiter are like apples, or strawberries. You can take the inside of an orange peel and rub it on your teeth to remove stains and then just rinse.
