No, there is a good side, physical health is not the only type of health. The good side is that you are more likely to be socialable, may be more experienced with the opposite sex, be less likely to get drunk from alcohol, which is a social (if not a health) plus. You are more likely to be more knowledgable of current music. 'Bottling' up stress without taking alcohol could cause problems later on. The limit of 21 may be considered patronising-why does the state limit the habits of people at voting age?
