It can't, although it's toxic if you inhale the ink it can't give you ink poisening or skin cancer. I mean come on the skin doesn't absorb the ink it fade's after you wash your hands or have a shower.
So I myself wouldn't worry about that. I even recall as a teen I would cut myself and put ink in the cut and i now have a permenant tatto on my hand.
None. Pen is not meant for skin and when you write on your skin it looks ugly. If you want something on your skin wait until you are 18 and get a tattoo, otherwise forget the drawing on yourself.
