Blood enters the right part of the heart first then goes out to the left..

It enters the Right Atrium from the Superior and Inferior Vena cava. from the right atrium going to right ventricle then pulmonary artery going to the lungs to be oygenated then back to the heart via pulmonary vein to the left atrium then left ventricle then pumped out to the Aorta which is the largest artery of the circulatory system supplying the whole body with oxygen as cell needs them to function.

Where does the blood flow begin at?

The circulatory system is like a circle, so there is no real beginning or end. So when you describe it, you could start where ever you want. People often start in the heart, but you could start anywhere along the path. Here is a very simplified path through the circulatory system: Right heart to lungs to left heart to arteries to capillaries to veins and back to right heart.
