There are alternative remedies for healing a ear infection. When my son was a baby he got chronic ear infections his first year of life. He was placed on antibiotic after antibiotic. Our last visit to the Dr. he told me that if it didnt clear up he would have to get tubes in his ears and prescribed him a stronger antibiotic. Instead I gave him a daily dose of cod liver oil, a couple of drops of colloidal silver in the infected ears 3x a day, and dose of colloidal silver orally 3 times a day. I did that for a week and when we went back to the Dr. my son had no sign of an ear infection and he never got one again! If you dont want to take antibiotics search out an alternative. If you dont care either way just take the meds.
