But, now AED's are found nearly everywhere in public places and have automated voice instructions to aid the rescuer who has no previous training. It's better to get early defibrillation than none at all or by waiting on someone with a license to perform the task when there may not be anyone else around. But, when someone with a higher license is present, they are now the ones who will take over the scene and circumstances.
