Yes the discharge increases in the second trimester.If the color of discharge is white it is norma, if it is green, grey in color & has a foul smell see your doctor. Discharge can also cause itiching which is quite norma. You can use Panty liners or sanitary napkis to avoid rashes caused due to wetness. Keep the Vagina clean and hygenic. Do not use chemical products to like hair removers to clean pubic hair during pregnancy. Shaving is the safest procedure.
