In two weeks time the end of the screw will seem to always be falling down and hanging out of your nose. Annoying Yes, but this is an indication that you are cleaning the piercing properly and it is healing nicely.A visit to your friendly professional piercer to bend the nostril screw tail angle a bit tighter than 90 degrees will resolve the dropping issue.
