I think you mean fideo. Fideos are noodles in Mexico. They don't look like Mueller's Egg Noodles, though. They look more like what in the US we'd call vermicelli (very thin pasta).
Egg noodles are made of flour and rice noodles are made from rice.
They can be. fettucine describes the size of the noodle, where as egg noodles describe the ingredients.
My fried egg recipe has no noodles. Take an egg and fry it. Do not add noodles.
By most definitions, noodles contain eggs, while pasta doesn't. Instead, pasta products use a harder wheat flour, called semolina, to give them structure. However, keep in mind that Chinese noodles usually don't contain egg, and may be made of non-wheat products (such as rice, which is used to produce translucent noodles).
Maybe! Some recipes call for vinegar as a degreaser for the egg whites and not all vinegars are gluten free. Make your own using only egg white and sugar, serve with whipped cream and fresh fruit for a gluten free desert the whole family will love.
It depends on the type of noodle, but most noodles do not contain yeast. Some noodles contain water and rice. Others contain flour (semolina), eggs and water. The term "yeast noodle" is sometimes used in the context of beer brewing.
Most sources say it is best, after drying, to freeze homemade egg noodles, instead of storing in a pantry, due to the raw egg content of the noodles.
tae
Both (assuming that they are egg noodles).
