Well, anxiety is when a person gets really nervous, and gets a weird feeling in their stomach. However, if they relax, the anxiety will most likely go away.

I would highly suggest that any individual suffering from anxiety go to the doctor. Anxiety can cause other health problems to erupt if not treated right away. Those suffering from anxiety can usually have various attacks that often require medical attention.
Anxiety or panic attacks can be mistaken for heart attacks (although it is actually rare for anxiety attacks to cause heart attacks, especially in young people).
In my personal opinion, "Panic Away" is the best program for most people who have panic attacks and general anxiety.
