If you are wearing a bra to bed (for comfort, support, or whatever reason you may have), try not doing one with underwire. This could irritate or poke into your skin as you sleep, making it uncomfortable. Strapless is probably not a good idea, either, because they culd easily slip down (defeating the purpose of wearing it in the first place) as you sleep and move about. Dry a soft bra, made of a comfy and non-irritating or chafing material. Get one that fits well and does not poke into to jab at your sides, back, or pinch in, or dig into your shoulders. A soft sports bra might be good to sleep in, too.
