You will need to discuss this with your doctor or midwife as they know your pregnancy history and therefore are in a better position to advise you. If you are in early pregnancy placenta previa is not usually a problem.....If it persists in later pregnancy it can cause bleeding which may then require you to deliver early and could also lead to other complications. If you still have placenta previa when it is time for you to have your baby you will need a c-section. As a midwife myself and if you were my patient I would advise you that if you are in late pregnancy it would not be wise for you to start taking long car rides especially if you are going far from home and the hospital where you are booked in to deliver your baby....But as I advised you earlier you need to speak to the doctor or midwife as they know you best.
Yes you can have another baby, it depends on what they think caused the abruptio placenta. Cocaine and trauma can both cause this, but sometimes there is no explanation. The risk is greater if the placenta is covering the opening to the uterus, placenta previa.
The Previa is a great Toyota van as it is large and spacious. It can seat eight people comfortably and also take ample luggage. It is one of the best vehicles to have for long journeys.

I'm pretty sure you take Dramamine so that you do not get nauseous. You can take it before long plane and car rides to keep from getting sick too.
You take it to a AutoTech.
