No, short hair does not grow faster than longer hair. It may appear that it does as the difference in length can be more noticeable. In addition to this, people who have long hair are more likely to have split ends which leads to broken hairs, hindering hair growth. This is also more frequent with people who use hairdryers and straighteners. So getting hair trimmed can eliminate spit ends but no, it doesnt encourage growth from the root. This is inconvenient if you have just got a short haircut which is particularily tragic, as it will not grow any faster than other hair lengths, but on the bright side your hair will be healthier.

Well considering I am trying to grow my hair faster I have learned a few things on the topic. What you should try is making sure that your hair is healthy , brush you hair and make sure that when you do bend over and brush it on the other side to get all nots through. Your hair can't grow if there are nots in the way. a balanced diet helps making sure that you have lots of vitamin A and D will help that is all i have found out so far looking at websites likewww.kidshealth.com and going to the teen section and looking up hair stuff will probably give you more info

Hope this helps

:)

If you are looking for a topical treatment for hair growth, look for products that contain sulfur and Zinc. Products that includes these minerals have been proven effective to enhance hair growth. MTG and Max Gro products are also good to use for fast hair growth. They both include Sulfur and Zinc and key ingredients in their formula. I researched the product, and found that many other people had results. You Tube provides great before and after pictures. Many people received at least an inch of growth in a month.

You mean I should boil sarson oil with Lahsun [ in Hindi] and Zinc oxide.

That is a great question.

1. Brush your hair 5 or more times a day

2. Go to your local hair Solon and ask for shampoo that would do the trick

3. Eat healthily (which we all know is hard) :)

4. Drive to your local pharmacy, ask for herbs or pills that would make hair grow faster

Believe it or not I used the herb, "fenugreek", and it noticeably did the job.

Hope this helped!!!! :D The more you wash your hair the less it grows so dont wash it every day about three times a week is fine

Technically, no. It seems so because the hair is no longer a fine point, it is cut along the shaft making it coarser and seem thicker. Imagine cutting the tip of a fine paintbrush. It's like that.

Shaving hair does not make the hair grow any faster, but it does make it appear to grow faster because the growth is more noticeable with shorter hair.

Short hair does not grow faster than long hair. Short hair only seems to grow longer than long hair because of the ratio of hair that is growing compared to the overall length.
