Yes, you can still get a UTI if you are not sexually active. For women especially wiping back to front brings bacteria from the "back" to the "front" - this can cause a UTI. There are many other way's to get a UTI'S, if you suspect you have one see your doc immediately - and women - wipe from front to back!
