Naturally induced sleep is the best kind and should be the first choice, if possible. If you need something to help you sleep there are over-the-counter (OTC) medications, but they should only be used temporarily. I would recommend melatonin and start with very low dosages because everybody is different. You might try just 1 mg; for many people that is enough.
